Help Identify what Year - AMC  RAMBLER? wheel cover  

I have, what I am guessing is, an old AMC RAMBLER hub cap / wheel cover that I cannot figure out the year of manufacture. anyone have an id? 

It seems to be a bit of an odd one. 1960s perhaps. I have not found an Exact match on-line.
